Inclement Weather Policy

Cancellation due to existing rain prior to Party Time delivering or setting up rented equipment will result in a full refund of any deposit made. Party Time, at its discretion, may at anytime cancel the rental of equipment should weather conditions become unsafe for the equipment and/or it’s participants. Cancellation once the equipment has been set up will result in no refunds.  Rain checks can be issued and rental may be used for another date if a cancellation does occur.  PTI does it's very best to judge the weather conditions before we leave for the delivery.  We do reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event right up to the desired time of the event starting strictly to ensure safety of both the customer and PTI employess or volunteers.
